Lifeline is a charity organisation that provides social housing for the homeless, people with drugs and alcohol issues, ex offenders, people with mental health issues and people requiring domiciliary care in the Medway area.
Every week, Lifeline Support Community provides accommodation and support to over 200 people across Medway. People, who without our support, might be living on the streets, or struggling to cope with daily life.
We offer them a home, support and stability and help them to move towards a more independent future.
